New Meaning to Bubble Eye...
Hi all!
I'm taking a short break from catching up after my bed rest last month after my eye-trastophy (those are the kinds of words you make up after too much caffeine). If you're not sure what I'm talking out check out the previous post called "The Mystery of the Missing Dawn".
Life is slowly getting back to normal and I'm getting caught up after so much time away from reality. My eyesight in the bad eye isn't completely back to normal yet, and I may have to go through a couple more procedures and possibly another surgery - BUT, it is getting better. I can see a little better out of it, and I've gotten used to the distortion. My other eye is still happy and content rellishing the praise I give it daily for being such a wonderful eye and seeing clearly... yes, I have had to much caffeine.
I've tried explaining what it's like to have a bubble in my eye, and I've had a few people look at me like I was nuts. It's hard to explain, and even harder to picture. So, after one of my visits when the bubble was still there and my eye was dialated I snapped a shot of my eye so everyone could see. Odd? Yes. But after weeks on bed rest I was rellishing a few minutes of standing up and couldn't help myself. It's a little hard to see so I marked an arrow next to it. It really just shows as a little dark circle... not that exciting, but entertaining fora brief moment nonetheless.
